About this role:

You’ll be the heartbeat of our event experience, curating and delivering a full calendar of member and community events as well as larger brand-defining moments. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external suppliers and creative partners to ensure every detail feels premium, seamless and true to the Padel Social Club ethos.

 

Here's what you'll do:

Member & Community Events (Core Community):

• Own and deliver padel-first events that strengthen the member community and playing culture, including regular sessions, leagues, socials, mixers and tournaments.

• Ensure these events drive participation, progression and connection through padel, reinforcing behaviours that make the club welcoming, energetic and social.

• Shape recurring padel formats that support retention, routine and community cohesion across sites.

• Work closely with coaching, club teams and operations to ensure padel-led events are well-attended, well-run and consistently delivered.

Culture-Led & Brand-Building Events (Audience Expansion):

• Support marketing to deliver culture-led event formats (e.g. Padel Play Dates, Padel & Pilates, Run & Rally, Supper Sessions, City Wellness Retreat) that express PSC’s brand positioning beyond padel.

• Use these events to introduce new audiences to PSC, creating accessible entry points into the brand and club experience.

• Ensure culture-led events feel distinctive, intentional and aligned to PSC’s tone, rather than generic fitness or social programming.

• Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to position these events as brand moments, not just calendar activity.

Hero Events, Partnerships & Launch Moments:

• Deliver larger-scale hero events (club launches, tournaments, festivals) that combine padel, culture and community to define the identity of each site.

• Activate partners and ambassadors through events in ways that extend brand meaning and reach, rather than simply adding sponsorship.

• Support new site launches with events that set cultural expectations and attract the right mix of members and audiences from day one.

 

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 5+ years’ experience in brand led event management, ideally within sports, hospitality, lifestyle, or wellness

• Have strong organisational skills and can juggle multiple projects at once

• Thrive in high-energy, fast-moving environments

• Bring creative flair while being operationally meticulous

• Love bringing people together and creating memorable experiences

• Are confident liaising with suppliers, venues, and internal teams

• Are flexible in your availability, including evenings, weekends and event days

• Have strong written/verbal communication skills
