Every Tuesday evening, we’re turning up the energy with a high-intensity workout followed by padel drills designed to push your limits. Music will be pumping, the sweat will be flowing, and you’ll leave feeling unstoppable. Whether you're looking to build fitness, level up your game, or unleash some serious energy, this is the session you can’t miss.
We’ve got Courtney Fearon, Cameron Orr and Naomi Heffernan - all Nike trainers - leading the charge. Expect expert coaching, high-energy sessions, and a serious workout that’ll leave you feeling stronger and more invigorated.
