It’s time to kick off the weekend right. Join us for February’s Run & Rally - a unique fusion of running and padel, designed to connect our communities and give you the ultimate start to the weekend. This session will push you, challenge you, and keep you engaged, whether you’re sprinting or smashing it on the padel court.
Run Club Schedule:
🏃♂️ 10-11am: We kick things off with a 5k loop designed to get your heart pumping, combining intervals and sprints to give you that runner’s high and build strength. It’s more than just fitness - it’s about that connection with the crowd pushing you forward.
🎾 11am-12noon: After the run, we take it to the courts. Where fast-paced games keep the energy high and the camaraderie strong.
🍻 Post-workout refreshments: After a morning of action, relax with drinks and bites at our bar. It’s the perfect way to wind down and celebrate a morning well spent.
