The Courtside Convos series welcomed wellness advocate, plant-based cook and founder of Juni Sparkling Tea, Radhi Devlukia. We explored how mindful rituals, breathwork and small daily practices can bring joy, energy and focus - both on and off the court.
Morning Mindset
Radhi’s mornings begin with a pause.
“I try not to jump out of bed straight away,” she explains. “I take a couple of seconds to recalibrate, then I give thanks for this breath and this air.”
She follows this with a short session on her marma mat, a traditional Ayurvedic acupressure mat, while brushing her teeth - a simple practice that wakes the body and mind simultaneously.
The Power of Breath
When energy dips or stress rises, Radhi turns to breathwork.
“Your breath and your emotions are deeply interconnected,” she says. “Even a few slow, intentional breaths can slow your mind, calm your nervous system and help you reconnect with yourself.”
It’s a practice she calls “medicine for the everyday,” something anyone can do at work, on a plane, or at home.
Healing Through Food
Food and flavor are central to Radhi’s wellness philosophy.
“Juni is an adaptogenic and nootropic sparkling drink - happy mind, happy mood,” she explains. “And if there’s one ingredient that can transform any meal, it’s cumin. It’s universal, medicinal and a daily part of my life.”
For Radhi, cooking isn’t just about nutrition - it’s a way to cultivate presence and care for the body.
Curiosity and Presence
Radhi keeps her creative well full by observing the world around her and staying curious.
“The more I read, the more interesting I feel - not just for others, but for myself,” she says. She balances scrolling with reading, finding inspiration in everyday life and in books like The Daily Stoic.
Being present, she adds, turns ordinary moments into sources of creativity and joy.
Extend the Practice: Restorative Sessions
Radhi’s approach reminds us that wellness can be simple, intentional and restorative.
For those wanting to take self-care further, Restorative Sessions offer a midweek reset: unwind in the sauna or ice baths, Monday-Friday, 6-9pm, for just £20.
Whether solo or with friends, these sessions complement daily rituals like breathwork, mindfulness and gratitude.
